FAQ
Can licenses be transferred from one site to another?
Yes, that’s always possible. Just de-activate the license on one site (at the bottom right in the plugin). This will reduce your activation count by one, so that you can activate it on a new site.
Are there discounts on repeated purchases?
Yes! We offer 20% discounts for your second and all following purchases. For that, please reach out to us and state the license key of your first purchase. Renewals already have an automatic 20% discount applied.
What counts as a commercial site?
If your site is for a business, or if you make money with it in some form, it is commercial, otherwise non-commercial. The little top-un in price is because we noticed that commercial sites tend to be more support-intensive. However, even the commercial license is still priced lower than most of our competition.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely! In that case, the plugin or storage will not renew. You will still enjoy all your benefits (updates and support) until the end of your paid period.
